How to get rid of outer thigh hip pain? - thigh and hip pain more condition_symptoms

I martial arts for some time. I've never been able to roundabout or side kick on the thigh. In fact, I am very flexible, the flexibility is not the problem. It could be the lack of mobility of the hip, but when I try, dynamic stretches across my hip done, I can not. It always starts really frustrating because I tried to solve this problem for about 4 years. No one can answer my questions and I think I'm the only one with this problem. Someone please help me with my problem!
