Why should I need more pain in the area, where I have a ovarian cyst after ovulation? I have also progressively worsening back pain after ovulation and makes it soo bad before my time, my body literally trembled a little. A few hours after the start of my period pain disappears! Its incredibly great! My doctor says that you may have endometriosis, and surgical removal may be my future, but why are the pain only during my luteal phase? Anyone else have this?
