Claiming Trailer On Taxes Is The Trailer Park Owner Responsible?

Is the trailer park owner responsible? - claiming trailer on taxes

We inherited a trailer in a park now pay the monthly rent space. We are trying to sell the trailer. They argue that before we can sell the trailer in the sport, we need to replace damaged most of the coatings for termites. Is not that termites (which has come from the earth) will be your responsibility to resolve and therefore the obligation of the damage?

Not really.
This would be his responsibility to keep their property.
These include the prevention of termite infestation. Keeping the wood on the ground, etc. ..

I would Termites an "act of God" and not a liability of the owner of the trailer park.

Not whether the trailer will be moved outside the park. Resolve Find someone to buy and move and you do not want it. It can force you to fix it, if you are.

The coating is not part of the caravan and is the responsibility of the owner
