I am printing a student of graphic design and I need a better quality output. I can not afford a new printer (away a bit, ha ha). Like a good image quality can print breaaking get bank?

I have an HP 840C, which, like the old (2002 perhaps). Can I roll the perfect pictures?
What role should change, if that makes sense?
